If you are still in your decision making phase I think one of the best things you can do is meet your suppliers face to face!
Believe it or not… the person you spend the most time with on your wedding day is the person you know the least… your photographer! I want you to be excited for the photo’s on your day and as comfortable in front of the camera as possible. So let’s get to know each other a little before the big day. One of my greatest loves (aside from my amazing husband and adorable kids) is coffee… so let's meet for a cuppa and a chat before you make any big decisions.
How do we book you for our day?
When you know you know right? Ready to lock it in? A $300 non-refundable booking deposit will secure me for the day. The remaining payments are split into two. Half payable the week prior to the wedding and the final payment once the digital images are ready for you (approx. 3-4 weeks after your wedding)
Is it just you taking photo’s on the day?
Yes… I generally fly solo. Unless your day has a lot of driving and locations in which case I may enlist an awesome industry friend to help with car parking on location and to make sure I don’t forget my camera bag on the footpath when inspiration hits and I get carried away with the amazing light and awesome couple on location.
How many photo’s do you take on the day?
I don’t put a limit on the number of photo’s I take on the day. I photograph everything I can and supply you with the perfect collection of moments. Don’t worry… I take out the awkward half blinks and unintentional double chin action and provide you with the best version of everything that was photographed on the day ensuring your collection is complete and cherished forever.
What happens if it rains?
Ummm… have you seen the magic that can come from wedding photo’s in the rain! If you have hired the right person then this is honestly not a concern you need to have! Having been in the biz a long time I have experienced it all… and some of my absolutely favourite photo’s have been created in the dark and the rain. If it’s raining, I’m not afraid to dance in the rain with you!
Do you offer videography?
Being a mum to two busy girls I can certainly multitask… however I can’t film while I photograph your day and I personally love to focus on just one profession. However I LOVE when my couples choose video to compliment their photography on the day. Because while I can capture the moment of laughter, I cant capture what was said to get to that moment…that is why I can help match you up with an amazing videographer that will compliment what I do perfectly, just ask me how!
When it comes to family photo’s… can I give you a list of everyone I want photographed?
Sure… but just remember I can read a list but I won’t know the faces that match the names! So I highly recommend giving this job to a family member to round up the troops. I have a system that allows me to capture all the main combinations of your immediate family though… another reason to hire me!
Can we customise the timing/package to suit our day?
Yes of course! It’s your day… it’s up to you the moments you want immortalized on film! While I have suggested package timing options, we can certainly add extra time to cover all the important moments of your day.
How long until I see my wedding photo’s?
A handful will be shared with you within a day or so… so you can update your Facebook profile picture! The full edited collection is generally available within 3-4 weeks. So you can get your thank you cards within a reasonable timeframe I promise!
How do we receive our photo’s?
An online gallery will be made available first… with a personalized USB of your high resolution edited images delivered shortly afterwards.
Do you supply unedited images?
The editing of your images is a part of my process and I do not release any unedited images. You received a full collection from your day, high resolution and retouched (minus the blinks and light tests)
Can you help me print my images?
Hell yeah! I LOVE seeing your images become art to be cherished for generations. We can design an album together or you may prefer to arrange some professionally printed wall art. I also offer thank you cards and look books so we can find the perfect way to display your day.
